We currently use Avatar Buddy as a reference, and resource for students that attend one of our job training programs. Students have access to Avatar Buddy in both the classroom and on the job. It is a great tool for the students to have access to all course materials, at their fingertips. We believe that it is especially helpful on the job, because if the individual has a question about a specific task, rule, or process, they can simply type their question in Avatar Buddy, and get a response. Without always having to ask a manager or trainer.
In addition, I personally like the fact that you don’t have to use prompts, you just type in your question or whatever it is that you are looking for and you get a response within seconds.
