The Black Archive at The Historic Lyric Theatre is a vital nonprofit dedicated to preserving and celebrating Black history and culture in South Florida. As a leader, both within my organization and the community, Avatar Buddy has helped me to maximize my time in a way that has been game changing for me. Based all on my own personal and institutional knowledge, the tool allows me to handle tasks that would typically take me three or four hours in 30 minutes to do, and it’s mainly just, you know, cutting down the research time. I’ve done all that background information once and continuously yielding results, and it just makes me use my time more wisely. I have more energy to perform the tasks that I need to do. And it also, you know, helps with my mental health. I’m not feeling as overwhelmed at the end of the day and it helps my pockets because as a, um, organizational leader, you know, the the cost of hiring a traditional assistant or someone to help me with all these tasks would be a whole salary that I don’t have, but for a fraction of that, being able to have access to this program and get something that is even more personalized and fine-tuned than hiring an individual has just been really game changing for me, and I’m very grateful for access to artificial intelligence through Avatar Buddy.

Avatar Buddy has been very helpful to our organization as it helps us to kind of harness all of our information in one place. That makes it easier for all of our day-to-day tasks, from everything from grant application and management to interpersonal relationships with staff and people outside of our organization. And it allows things to, you know, be tailored and personalized to our voice as an institution, my voice as a leader.
